Help-Now’s medical alarm system is easy to use and dependable, right out of the box. Our units come pre-programmed with your information and do not require installation at your home by a technician. The system is ready to use when it arrives and is activated in the home with three very simple steps. The console is smaller than the size of a shoe box and can be placed anywhere in your house.

Help-Now’s small, lightweight alert button is easy to use, and is monitored 24 hours a day. The alert buttons for elderly can be worn as a necklace or wristlet.

MedicationReminders

Up to 16 programmable reminder can be programmed into the system and spoken to the customer at key times during the day. Some examples would be for a regular morning wake up call, daily medication reminders, reminder to check blood sugar, blood pressure, check weight, eat lunch or dinner, go to bed, check mail, etc.

Activity (In-activity) Monitoring

Our motion sensors and door contacts can be set up with regular routine in mind. We can monitor that the customer has been moving around their house each day, if we ever see a lack of motion activity we can call the customer to see if they need any help or send a relative or emergency personnel to help.

Our door contact can be installed on the refrigerator door or medicine cabinet to ensure that our client is opening the fridge to make a meal or opening the medicine cabinet (or pill box) to ensure they are properly taking care of themselves.

GPS Tracking

Our new GPS tracking device can work on a battery powered scooter or their car/van/truck.  It enables you to monitor your loved ones from any web enabled smart phone or internet connected computer.  Easily configured, you can program email or text message alerts, boundary violations, speed violations, and assist in lost or stolen vehicles and scooters.

Battery back up

In case of a power failure, the console’s built-in battery will protect you for up to 36 hours. The monitoring centre is automatically notified of the power failure, and will take appropriate action.

Phone answer

The Help-Now console allows you to answer incoming phone calls simply by pressing your alert call button. You can speak to your callers from across the room by activating Help-Now’s two-way speaker console.

Low Battery Monitoring

All our devices are fully monitored for low battery status. If at any time one of your devices has a low battery it automatically send that information to our 24 hour monitoring center and a replacement is sent out the next business day.
