Returning your System

WHAT can be returned? 

You may return all functioning standard Help-Now medical alert equipment for a full refund of your deposit as long as it has not been damaged in any way. **We do not accept returns on any cellular or GPS products. 

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Help-Now reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at Help-Now's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.

Products need to be returned within 30 days of cancellation of service.

HOW do customers return products?

To return an item, simply mail it to the address above and write your account number on the box/package. We will do the rest.

Who pays for SHIPPING COSTS?

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Help-Now shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

How are deposits refunded?

Your deposit amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used for purchase.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on statutory holidays.

Do I need to keep the original packing materials?

You do not need the original box to return a product. However, please make sure to properly protect the item before shipping it back to us so it is not damaged in transport.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If Help-Now, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
